ORION HX Deluxe (Twin-Head), Non Linear Junction Detector

PRODUCT DETAILS

ORION HX Deluxe (Twin-Head), Non Linear Junction Detector

Research Electronics (REI) sets a TSCM industry benchmark with its new NLJD system, offering unique capabilities and patented technologies.

The hand-held ORION HX Deluxe Non-Linear Junction Detector (NLJD) has interchangeable 2.4 GHz and 900 MHz antenna heads. The ORION HX Deluxe NLJD is used to sweep areas for electronic semiconductor components. In this way, the ORION HX Deluxe NLJD detects and helps to locate hidden electronics or eavesdropping devices regardless of whether the electronic device is turned on.

ORION HX DELUXE NLJD

ADVANTAGE OF TWIN HEAD SYSTEM EXPLAINED: :

FINDING HIDDEN ELECTRONICS: READY FOR ANY CHALLENGE

The system offers the best of both worlds, combining the deep penetration capacities of the 900MHz unit (lower frequencies travel more easily through denser materials)  and the ability of the 2.4GHz head  to find today’s ever-smaller microcircuitry:-utilising higher frequencies allows the ORINS’s telltale signals to bind to tinny electronic junctions  and alert when present.  In the simplest sense, the twin head option offers TSCM operatives the scope to confidently sweep even the most challenging target areas.

BEYOND TSCM: Although the perfect tool for Technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM) the Orions NLJD detection capabilities serve as a powerful search tool within prison systems around the globe and are utilized to help detect inmates hidden mobile phones and other electronics.

Efficiency: users can detect both small, modern circuitry in office environments with the 2.4 antenna and older, less refined circuitry through dense materials with the 900 antenna

Usability: antenna heads are easily exchanged by simply turning a pair of thumb screws

Portability: lightweight design with convenient carrying case

ORION HX NLJD Features

THE ULTIMATE NON-LINEAR JUNCTION DETECTOR
  • Digitally modulated transmit signal
  • Correlated 2nd & 3rd harmonic response
  • Adjustable DSP gain
  • Histogram graph displays continuous history of harmonic response and power adjustment
  • Touch screen displays the full RF spectrum for transmit, 2nd, or 3rd frequency ranges
  • 1.25 MHz-wide bandwidth transmit signal increases detection sensitivity
  • Alert tones and haptic (vibration) alert can be selected to alert when signal levels surpass the trip levels
  • Line-of-sight antenna mounted display and LED headlamp to allow the user to focus eyes on sweeping target and display at the same time, even in dark areas
  • No pole or cable assembly required with integrated telescoping pole
  • Circularly polarized transmit and receive antenna removes the risk of missing a threat due to incorrect antenna polarization
